Playing a sport requires a strong physical commitment and the best prepared will have the best possible performances.

Physical preparation is a process that influences the development and optimization of the athlete’s physical qualities. It helps to preserve the athlete’s physical integrity (muscular, osteo-articular, etc.) thus preventing the risk of injury. Good preparation aims to improve the athlete’s performance, while developing his physical potential (flexibility, strength, coordination, physiological capacities, etc.)

The specific preparation seems obvious and yet too many athletes tend to forget it. So leading up to the fall season, we are offering 8 weeks (2 x per week for a period of 1h30) of physical preparation.
