Dry Land Training

Playing a sport requires a strong physical commitment and the best prepared will have the best possible performances.

Physical preparation is a process that influences the development and optimization of the athlete’s physical qualities. It helps to preserve the athlete’s physical integrity (muscular, osteo-articular, etc.) thus preventing the risk of injury. Good preparation aims to improve the athlete’s performance, while developing his physical potential (flexibility, strength, coordination, physiological capacities, etc.)

The specific preparation seems obvious and yet too many athletes tend to forget it. So leading up to the fall season, we are offering 8 weeks (2 x per week for a period of 1h30) of physical preparation.

These sessions will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from July 12 until September 1 (6 – 7h30 pm) and are open to athletes from 13 to 17 years of age. Groups are going to be divided according to their physical fitness level.

***  The number of participants is limited to 24 per week so registration will be on a first come first serve basis.  Your spot will only be guaranteed once we receive payment.
